A former journalist, Melissa was an associate editor at the Huffington Post, the founding editor of the New York Times’ Freakonomics blog, the founding editor of Newsweek’s iPad edition, and has appeared as an on-air commentator for CNBC, MSNBC, CNN and Fox Business. Her work around empathy and compassion brings a unique perspective and depth of human connection to brands.
“There have been great societies that did not use the wheel, but there have been no societies that did not tell stories.”
